it's another day!
Well, yesterday was a beautiful day. Temperature in the 60s or so, nice breeze. Even last nite, even though the temperature dropped a bit, wasn't bad - the hotel room i was in didn't even need the heat turned on (though I did turn off the air conditioning last nite.
I am such a homebody - last nite I found the hotel, checked in, read over class materials, played with the flat screen hd tv, got online to look for a place to eat, went driving around trying to find the place, found it, ate, went back to the room, watched some television, talked with joyce, went to sleep. Nothing exciting.
Today, I woke up early and just rested there for a few hrs, got up, got ready for my day, grabbed some breakfast, checked out, drove about a block to the classroom, and I'm ready for class - which starts around 8am.
Then after class today, I will try to get back to Columbus before the storms reach our home. If I can get home early enough, perhaps I'll make it to Wednesday nite prayer meeting (we'll have to see what state life is in when I get back - who is where and needs what, how the van is acting, etc.).

Hey I am also a homebody most of the time, whether I want to be or not...lol. But it sounds like everything is good at your meeting. We are having tornados and such here today the sirens have gone off about 2-3 times since we got to work this morning....sigh...Also I here half of the city we live in has no power due to fallen trees...sigh I have no idea if ours is off or not yet...
